Domestic Shipping 

Here’s how it works: you order, we produce, and then we ship! 

The production process typically takes 5 business days. 

Shipping depends on a number of factors, as noted in the chart below.

As soon as your package ships, we’ll send you a shipping notification with a tracking number via the email address submitted with your order.

In the unlikely event that we anticipate any production or shipping delays, we’ll email you with an update immediately.

Weekend and Holiday deliveries are available for an additional charge, to be determined at Check Out.

At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Northeast Color is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damage from Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we'll work to file a claim with our carrier. In the meantime, we'll ship your replacement product within the standard production time.

To assist with the claim process, we ask that you photograph any damage to the package. (It’s actually a huge help to us!)

Exclusions

Any issues that happen after you successfully receive your order—including installation or additional modifications—are not covered under our Return Policy.
