Returns & Refunds

Sometimes, despite everyone’s best efforts, things go wrong.

That’s when we step in to make it right.

If there’s a problem with your order when it arrives, simply contact us within 10 business days of delivery by calling customer support at  (603) 436-8210 or by filling out our contact form with your order number. 

If the error is on us, we'll ship you a replacement order at no cost within our standard production time.

If the slip was on your end, we'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us. 

Please include the original packing slip in your return and ship it back via your carrier of choice.

Once we’ve received and processed the return, you’ll be entitled to a refund 50% of the order subtotal. However, time is of the essence—we must receive your order within 30 days of your original contact with our customer service team about the issue.

Damage from Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we'll work to file a claim with our carrier. In the meantime, we'll ship your replacement product within the standard production time.

To assist with the claim process, we ask that you photograph any damage to the package. (It’s actually a huge help to us!)

Exclusions

Any issues that happen after you successfully receive your order—including installation or additional modifications—are not covered under our Return Policy.

    Return & Refund

    If you are simply looking to return your product and do not wish to have it replaced, we'll ask you to create a return label & ship the product back to us within 30 business days of delivery.

    You can ship it back using whatever carrier you prefer. Once received, we'll refund you 50% of the order subtotal. The refund will go to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days.
